Password Does Not Work
These are the most common Sign In issues:
If you are a SuperMedia.com client, your SuperTradeExchange username and password may be different from your SuperMedia account username and password.
If you are getting an "Invalid Sign In" error message, refer to the next section to verify your Sign In information.
If you entered your Username and Password but did not receive an "Invalid Sign In" message and still cannot access the My Account section, your browser may not accept cookies. Our site requires cookies to operate correctly. Check your browser settings to ensure our site is allowed to set a cookie on your machine.
You can have your Sign In information emailed to you by using the Forgot your Password feature.
Alternatively, you can contact us to have your password updated.
We will need your SuperTradeExchange® account number, your name, your desired password, and TIN or SSN for verification purposes.
